The first couple of years I had absolutely no problem with the staff they were friendly and helpful. The last couple of months were rude judgemental and didn't bother reading they notes. Got called by one staff member after 9pm which is absolutely odd since they close at 4pm .

When I cleaned out my unit, it was apparent that little critters had been in my unit and chew/pooped on some of my stuff. Unfortunately, that seems par for the course. Same problem at my last facility. Staff was always very helpful!
