Renting the storage unit online was super easy and a pleasant experience. When my son arrived to move in items, there was no lock that was supposed to be included for free and left inside the unit. I called customer service since the office was closed and asked for them to reach out to the location and put a lock in the unit as soon as they opened. When my son arrived the next day, the lock was not there and an alarm went off when he tried to open the unit. He was told he had to pay $10 for a lock, but eventually was given one. He was also told there is a keypad to use to avoid the alarm going off. When he asked about the location of the keypad, he was told to look at a map instead of being shown where it is.
