The staff was completely indifferent to my being overcharged for my unit. It was set on autopay and was charged three times in the same week having just paid my monthly bill. I’m still trying to get one of the payments refunded. Totally unprofessional and the manager was ALWAYS busy on a “meeting “ , I will never use this company again…EVER! Thanks for all the overdraft and constantly on the phone or driving to the facility to get things corrected. No empathy for my situation which they created because they don’t know how to close an account.

We also saved about $600 over the course of year when we changed storage facilities from a competitor to UHaul. If we need need a storage unit again we'll definitely use UHaul again.

I talked to the general manager came up with a plan and the message clearly didn’t get relayed cause I was given a hard time and felt uncomfortable to even finish moving out my storage. Johnny and the manager were decently nice but the rest of the staff were just completely rude, unwelcoming & arrogant! Def wouldn’t recommend this location or company as the storage is extremely over priced as well!
