When I moved in roughly two years ago the gentleman was very mean! On checkout I didn’t see him so not sure if he still works there. My unit 102 was not air conditioned and was an outside unit I feel the price was too high for the size and price. I am disabled so it was usable for me easy access. Only one handicap parking space and with heart issues the distance from entry to desk is extremely far away there is a door near the desk but it’s for emergency exit only. For your smallest storage not climate controlled should be less the 75.00 monthly.

I was would’ve been able to fill my end of the contract but unfortunately life happens, and I was not able to fill my end of the contract and lost most of my things how ever Tanya communicating with me very professional and monthly she give me numbers try to get my things out but I was still unable to come. Tanya treated me no different then I imagine she would treat her family and loved ones. I had informed her I had very important documents that I would not be OK with it being sold or taken, and she went out of her way and shipped me those documents herself and I definitely would never be able to pay her back! I am very grateful and the contract being broken was definitely on my end and Tanya went above and beyond! I would 100% recommend this to anybody and everybody I know! Thank you so much Tanya!
