The staff is always very rude and they make up new rules every time you go to your storage and they will charge you for stupid things like leaving clothes,dishes,etc in there community area where it says you can leave things like that it makes no sense. Then they charge me a $25 for forgetting to lock my storage that’s why I move everything out to a new storage place I wouldn’t recommend this storage place to anyone

Justin P | Overall ExperienceThe friendly staff from the past must be gone. The person who checked me in was rude, despite my attempts to change the tone. I am a 64 year-old woman and I was struggling with a bundle of boxes, I asked if there was a cart and the same person who checked me in told me “yes it’s upfront” and then just ignored me. He knew I was there alone. I got the cart and still struggled, so one of your customers helped me. I got to the truck and could barely get them inside the back. When we returned later in the day with our first load, there was absolutely no security. Another of your customers tried calling the front desk since no one could get inside to load our storage units. After waiting five minutes with no response from your staff, my husband went to the other door, which was not secure, walked in and then walked over and opened the door himself by just sliding it open to let us in from the garage. (We realized we could have just slid it open from the garage.) We have absolutely no confidence that our belongings are safe; anyone from the street can walk in. One bay door was not working at all. Our bay door did not close after opening. It just stayed open so anyone could’ve walked in. We are very unhappy.

Kurt D | First ImpressionsThe only problem I saw with the facility was that anyone could just walk into the area with the units without a code. Oftentimes when we pulled up, there were people loitering around the area which seemed a little less than secure. Office help with great and helped answer questions I wasn’t able to get at the pickup location when I got the truck to move out.
