Tanya went above and beyond to assist me with my U Box which was located in Las Vegas. Tanya made this experience so easy that she took care of all the logistics and all I had to do was pay of course and hire a local mover to assist me with getting my items out of the box and into a storage unit.

Also, I was able to leave my car and trailer in a covered secure area while I was unloading. Very nice!

Had to get help a couple of times to understand and I’m still not clear on what the access code is for versus the security card.
