I was very clean and organized with my initial move out and everything was in boxes and bags and I only had a handful of things in open bags by the front of the storage unit. Coming back a month later I've come to discover cokcroaches in the only open items I had. I'm very upset because I only discovered them unpacking the bags in MY NEW HOME. I know this was not on me but on the cleanliness of the storage unit. This made moving significantly more stressful and more work trying to not have an infestation in my new home.

I arrive to move my stuff into a ubox with email confirmation that I had completed the reservation process, only to get there and find out “corporate” had taken all the uhaul boxes, even though I had a reservation. I was told “a reservation isn’t a guarantee you would have one available”.

Valrie C | Overall ExperienceOverall was a good clean storage and staff was helpful. However, when check out, the process had taken about 45 minutes to check out, the Uhaul staff member stated the computer was slow. In addition, wish they have a secure fence and security cameras in place so otherrs (non employees) wouldn't go check every storage unit to see what they can take. Also, my storage unit had several scratches on the storage door as if othes (non employee) was using a tool to scratch the storage door to break in.
