Overall was a good clean storage and staff was helpful. However, when check out, the process had taken about 45 minutes to check out, the Uhaul staff member stated the computer was slow. In addition, wish they have a secure fence and security cameras in place so otherrs (non employees) wouldn't go check every storage unit to see what they can take. Also, my storage unit had several scratches on the storage door as if othes (non employee) was using a tool to scratch the storage door to break in.

Katrina A | First ImpressionsI was very upset when I talked to a manager about not having the storage unit for the whole month and the young man said it was find I go to take my stuff out of the unit and they have a lock on it they said I have 10 day grace period and charged me 80 dollars which I thought was wrong I've never been late but this time I'll never rent a storage from you again am I'm calling corporate because I think that was unprofessional
