Wish there were larger stoage units so I don't have to get 2 storage units

I swear my situation I paid the $406.70 and I knew that it was due the next one was due and said they locked me out so our policy is a policy but you let it go for three months and you allowed me to get in there and over $88 you locked me out again after I just paid 406 70 so I would not recommend U-Haul and Zoey was very rude but the two boys that worked at 3 o’clock shifts on Fridays, Jordan and the other one I think their names are best people I had for service ever

Amra M | Overall ExperienceWonderful customer service. Unit well lit. However, I would recommend that the hole gets filled in with cement by the entrance door to loading dock. (Trip hazard and the carts get stuck over them when trying to load/unload). Also, the latch on the storage unit door (#1134) didn't line up correctly so I would have to struggle and use a lot of force to latch it so I could lock it up. Also, the guest bathroom toilet was almost always very filthy where I would have to drive over to use Byrne Dairy's bathroom next door.
