The people were very knowledgeable and helpful. Very good staff. My overall rating is diminished based on the water damage to my property. I was away during the time of the water break and by the time I returned home, I he ad too much on my plate to go through the time consuming process of making a claim. I would recommend this facility to a friend with a caveat about the water system.

I'd recommend another storage place that's 6× the size for the same price. Well, more affordable now since the price went up. I'm glad to get out of there. Sorry
