Roaches everywhere

To the point I told her she was being very rude, I told her just because someone else made her mad doesn’t give her the right to be rude to me. Then a man tried to speak his mind and I told him to mind his own business and that I was not talking to him. I will never use this facility again and I will tell my friends not to use it either.
victoria b | Overall ExperienceI can't remember the young woman's name at the front desk. She really helped me out when I checked in on September 2nd. I was dizzy from the medication I was taking. She suggested that I sit down, try to relax, she brought me a bottle of water. It took me about 20 minutes or so to gather myself, I have Type 2 Diabetes and Hypertension and she extended such kindness concern and understanding. I only hope the main U-Haul office appreciates her and should be proud to have her on your staff. She is the main reason for the excellent rating.
