24 access would be better, as evening/night access is too short. As far as the staff, they did not close my account when I moved out and therefore was charged an additional month! This has since been resolved. They had instead marked my unit as just moved in opposed to moved out. However errors like this are not uncommon as after renting a dolly for a day, I was contacted asking why I hadn't returned it after 5 hours. Or renting the reusable boxes only to find out on moving day that there were none available.
Jennifer G | Overall ExperienceI ended up moving lockers because I needed more storage space, but there was no elevator. I had to move all of my stuff one by one on a cart down the street looking like a moron to get from one end of the building to the other while having trouble and nearly hurting myself. On top of all of that, there was no ramp for the lower entrance which made it even more of a challenge as I had to push the cart over rough terrain. A simple elevator should be something you look into investing in.
