Qi D | Overall ExperienceEverything would have gone smoothly had we been explained a little better about the operation of the code entry after hours and the fact that the doors behind the truck wouldn’t open. Other than that, everything was smooth and the value is very good for what you get. I would recommend, just make sure to get clear instructions from the desk person.

Awesome gift from uhaul! Madhavi was my intake and she took care of all the details and charges.. always happy and smiling .. then another fine lady Robalpreet showed us the different storage lockers .. very kind and very considerate taking us away from the rain .. and into the U-Haul Maze.. and finally the gentleman of U-Haul … MY TRUCK SMELLS SO GOOD!! Super clean!! The floor mats are impeccably clean!! Wow!! Good service and everyone is willing to help and made the whole experience worth sharing !!! Well hopefully I get another free month .. I’m a life long customer through out the years and this is the best U-Haul crew I have met !! Tanish D,Madhavi, Robalpreet and other ladies I didn’t catch their names , Happy holidays !!

Erika F | Overall ExperienceWorst experience of our lives, they refused us entry into our own lockers, we literally had to go to the office and request access to our lockers yet they had people living inside the place, had things of ours stolen while moving in we should have known right then it wad going to be an issue there! Never again!!!!! Horribly run company. Spent thousands of dollars with uhaul in a 2 month period. This company doesn't know what customer service or experience or loyalty is about!
