Facilities were great. Manager is incompetent. He’s about as friendly as a rock. Every time I went in there he showed no care or motivation to help you. He has no clue how to work the system. Since he doesn’t know, his staff doesn’t either.

In the end, my experience was good and I appreciated working with reasonable, nice people who provide a good overall experience.
