Keionne was not helpful on my first trip to use the unit. He didn’t offer to show me how to get in and out. I got in but the next time I came I was locked out. He said I had to sign in at the ALARM SYSTEM. which thought I did. He did not explain there were 2 different key pads to do. And he acted like I asked him to walk 100 miles in order to show me.

They were a little bit pricey.
James T | Overall ExperienceTook 6 months to get the lights fixed in the row I was in. Need more entrances options. Was told I could use any padlock of my choice, but I was recommended a disk lock. Ended up using my own lock and then a month later when I went to get something out of my building, it had a separate lock on it so when I went to the office to found out why they then told me I had to have the disk lock When I was originally told I could use any padlock of my choice. My unit was in the middle of the building, so it was not convenient for me to walk all the way back through the building and up to the office.

Because the manager,, is a disrespectful woman because she lets anybody go into the storage units when they're not only account after. She stole the actual owner of the storage units key and key card, or they can't even get in there. And when you try to talk to her about it, she wants to get mean and rude with you.So I'd advise anybody not to deal with her
