The storage facility was good, but being able to reach a person in the office was extremely difficult. Most of the time they didn't answer and yiu had to go through the customer service system. They also wouldn't return your call when a message was left. The people who work in the office were very kind and helpful though when they could be reached. Also, the app is not good. It glitches all they time and it doesn't seem secure enough to make a payment with your card. Needs more work

DAMON K | First ImpressionsFacilities were great. Manager is incompetent. He’s about as friendly as a rock. Every time I went in there he showed no care or motivation to help you. He has no clue how to work the system. Since he doesn’t know, his staff doesn’t either.

In the end, my experience was good and I appreciated working with reasonable, nice people who provide a good overall experience.
