I was told by someone that if they don't inspect the unit when you turn it in, you will be billed another month. Only one person was there at the time I turned it in. So, I hope all came out ok. Jarrod P | Overall ExperienceMy unit had trash in it and when I complained the young lady said "what ever". For the price, I expected a CLEAN unit. Another worker there, said it would be cleaned right away. I waited for some time, and no one showed up to clean out the trash so I did it myself. I did appreciate the free lock and key. The hallways were very clean but a lot to trash on the floor, in the little area for disposable/left behind items. It seems workers just do the bare minimum. It's just not something I'm used to, coming from a country that believes in cleanliness. Maybe it wouldn't bother others.
