I made reservations a month ahead. Called a week ahead to confirm pricing and to make sure everything was ready. A day before I get a call.no trailer. Had to drive and hour away. When I got there they had none of my info, had to go over that again. Pricing was very wrong finely got that straight. Truck drove beautiful. Bad trailer light plug. I needed the truck and trailer for another day. No problem. That will be $65 more. Get there and it was $88 more. Seems to be a lot of hidden charges with U-Haul.

The company as a whole needs to do a deep dive into its businesses because the people running them do not have consistent qualities and services aligning with U-Haul. Disgusting, disrespectful, non communicative, my locks were changed without my knowledge and so were the hours of access. Constantly had my storage blocked with U-Haul trucks etc. never again !!!!!! Chantel is rude and has no customer service everyone has a bad story with her.
