1. Have 2 occasions with the person who stores their trailer and things behind me has encroaching upon my space. I have dated pictures and proof. 2. Lot number in lines for division of peoples property has been nonexistent or very poor visibility. Last spring or summer 2025 this location had painted some of the property division lines but again it was incomplete. I have dated pictures of the hardly visible lines. 3. I have 1 incident of rodents eating wiring. This caused my electric brakes to stop working. Cost me $175 to repair back in April. I have a receipt from north shore trailer who preformed the repairs. 4. Not enough staff ever even to make a complaint I had to wait 12 minutes and still was never able to make my complaint of my rental space being encroached upon. 5. A dead bird was placed on my trailer tongue. In between my first time in the office on Monday November 3rd & Friday the 7th when I picked up my trailer. The only people who could’ve put a bird on my trailer would’ve either been someone at random or the staff at that particular U-Haul location. Nobody else was aware that I was unhappy besides the staff, and they didn’t even know why I was unhappy or displeased with my service that I was receiving. There’s a camera that points directly at the front of my trailer.
