100 a month for a small unit in the basement, that has mold, is ridiculous. 2 months and all my stuff smells like mold. I get it's in waterbury but that doesn't mean it should be a ghetto sht hole

Water got in my unit and ruined a lot of my property. Units should not be in moldy wet basements
