Thomas E | First ImpressionsUnit was not ready as promised. The u-box’s were to be delivered to unit 113 at 4:00am and it is now 8:15 and they are still telling me it will be another hour. I have movers here that are ready and I am paying for them to just wait around. I am very unhappy with your service as Terrance promised that he would take care of everything. I originally asked for McKayla and he said he guaranteed that I would not have a problem. I called to confirm this twice. I feel that I should receive some type of compensation. Please provide this message to your management as I will follow up. Thanks
