Most of the desk people seemed like they could care less about what they were doing. It wasn't as if they were angry or anything, they just were not what I would call friendly. The remote fob I was finally given, after asking for a month didn't work. The counter person's response...huh. Asked about the move out procedure before it was time, they never mentioned taking a picture of the inside. Had to return to my locker (couple of blocks away) and take a picture. Also, the gate was EXTREMELY slow. As to what was good, the storage area was in good condition.
