R G | First ImpressionsMichelle was great - gave us the perfect unit for us with easy access and good lighting. She also surprised me with a chair & bottle of cold water while my helper did the moving! (I'd used the office chair while waiting my turn, but never expected it after that - so thoughtful and much appreciated! Above & beyond.) One suggestion - Please do something about that huge green signage like a "Pow!" cartoon image that's slapped on the end of the units to be visible through the front windows. The sharp pointy bits protrude into the hallway at eye level and are nearly invisible, being white! I nearly walked into it every time I came round that corner. Very dangerous! Those edges are sharp and could cause facial cuts or eye damage. Or they could cause a fall by startling someone so they reacted and lost balance trying to avoid it. Perhaps place the sign directly on the window would serve your purposes, and save the customer from harm.

I have rented numerous units there over the past 8 years and I keep coming back there with my storage needs. Every experience has been great. GM Michelle and her staff are the best in the business. They truly care about what they do and it shows by how they care for the facility and their customers. If you go there, be a good customer. Be considerate of others. Clean up after yourself. Take good care of their units and their equipment. And always pay your rent on time. It’s a two-way street and your consideration towards others like us is appreciated. It’s what keeps things nice. Great staff + a great facility + great customers = a great experience!
