During the m9nth of December 2025, my bank accounts were closed due to past fraudulent activity. A new account was opened for me, but it took a month before my government funds were transferred into my new account so I could pay my bills. I let this U-haul company know this and that saying my rent would be late until the funds were transferred into my new account. Nothing with the government is quick. This facility harassed me for its rent repeatedly. They would send texts, which I answered twice, almost daily. They sent emails almost daily. And I believe they attempted to call me. What really upset me is that they sent a bill to my friend whose name was on the rental agreement. Finally, my government funds were deposited and I was able to pay them along with a hefty late fee. It is true, my rent was late. But I explained why I couldn't pay and I was at the mercy of the government depositing my funds so I could pay my rent. The lady who runs the plavlce seems nice. But the constant harassment was really too much. I will never rent rent this facility again. Nor would I recommend this facility to anyone I know.
