I’m very disappointed in the elevator access to the units on the upper floors! It’s very difficult trying to get mattresses or large tvs or anything bulky into the tiny elevators! Other than that the facilities are great but the layout and design with those elevators are extremely difficult.
ALTON T | First ImpressionsStorage facility was clean, and facility kindly allowed me to stay for a bit of time after hours to complete my move in. However, my unit was on the second floor and I had a large piano and several large pieces of furniture to move. Additionally, I was under the impression that I would be receiving 1 medium sized unit with the dimensions described, and the units I received were 2 smaller units, forcing me to store some of my items incorrectly (ex. large dining table sitting on its side rather than the legs) I am unsure if the promotion has anything to do with this situation, but I am willing to pay full price for the month I was given free, if I am able to get the unit I had initially booked.
