Alicia I. | First ImpressionsI asked for 24 hour access for the storage room, however the clerk at the Weymouth location setup the account for access until 10pm - he had assured me that I had 24 hour access. I was in the middle of moving my stuff and the door locked. I had people helping me move, and now I have to wait until 5am in the morning to regain access. This was terrible customer service 😑

I, sincerely tell you now, Everyone there at U-Haul in Weymouth, and I mean everyone, has bent over backwards to help me out, on many occasions. Lost keys, helping me load heavy items, etc. (I am 84 ). Johnathon has gone, way past what HE was required to do. They are not 5 stars, they are, in my opinion 7 +. GOD BLESS ALL OF THEM.
