I payed for one storage unit that was supposed to be vacant and when I went to access it for the first time there was a lock on it so I had to be given a “temporary replacement” to which I wasn’t registered so every time I had to access it, the alarm would go off and hurt my ears. I thought that was super inconvenient and I would not recommend this location
nicolas g | Overall ExperienceThere was 2 dudes in there both of them slacking on a Sunday multiple customers came in and both of them moving like turtles no regard for the multiple people standing in line yall U-HAUL as a whole should definitely have more than 2 workers in there nobody should be standing in line at a U-Haul storage place for over 20min service definitely should be better and then the guy that gave me my storage couldn’t even show me where my storage was located but showed all the white customers where to go. Stop hiring lazy people and hire people that actually want to help customers.
Mariah B | First ImpressionsWe had our unit for 7 years and did not experience any issues. Everything was as we left it and the only thing I would suggest is to put some kind of lighting inside the unit. It was dark even with the hallway lights. And every 5-10 minutes we had to walk to the sensor to activate it again. There were plenty of dollies to aid in moving items out of the storage unit. Thank you for keeping our belongings secure.
RANDY L | Overall ExperienceEveryone was amazing. I had 0 issues with the truck, 0 issues with the trailer, 0 issues with the free storage unit for a month. Would recommend every time. Only thing that sucked was my storage unit being up a flight of stairs. Can’t argue with free though!

FRANCISCO R | First ImpressionsSpace is advertised as a 10x10 but the tape measure provided by YOUR staff shows it is 10x9.5. On top of that, there is a 2x2 structural pillar occupying space that I am paying FULL PRICE for yet it is the same price as units without the pillar and I have LESS ROOM. Otherwise, staff was quite helpful and the facility is nice.
