PHILLIP H | Overall ExperienceWhen I went to get my stuff out of my storage it was a 30-day free storage I got my stuff out on the 27th or 28th day actually I didn't get my stuff out I went to get my stuff out and it was empty as though U-Haul had threw it away it wasn't stolen because it was nothing but some trash bags with some miscellaneous in it worth no value in a vacuum cleaner and a very small wet vac and a couple of items but nothing no real value it looked as though U-Haul had just threw it away and then it was a green tag on it when I went to get my stuff I was going to go to the front desk immediately after that but it was so many people in there that I decide to wait I called customer service with my concern but they threw my stuff away and I need to know how to file a claim other than that the customer service staff and everyone were professional but they threw my stuff away I don't know why
LORENZO H | Overall ExperienceI wish they had to space to store a vehicle, inside. I have an antique car, and would love to have storage for it in such a nice and SUCH good SECURITY. This facility is definitely a cut ABOVE the rest in Wichita. These people are ACCOMODATING of your needs. I wish I could say the same of the others, but they are nothing but a pain in the backside to try to deal with. THESE GUYS are the "Pros" in Wichita. They are a pleasure to work with, and I recommend them wholeheartedly!
