Carlos P | Overall ExperienceMy initial experince with Uhaul storage was good. It was easy to get a unit. The unit itself was fine. Access was easy and i felt it was secure. My issue comes from ending my time with Uhaul. I had movers come to the unit to unload it when I moved out of state. I was contacted the next day and told my account was closed since I emptied the unit. I still had nearly 3 weeks left in my rental phase. I was not asked if i wanted the account closed , I was simply told it WAS closed. I was not given a choise. I was also not given a refund for the remaining 3 weeks I paid for.
