Called office because of the lock change without our notice. Had to wait two hours just to get the lock off. When I called the first guy answer he said he was coming to help. Waited an hour. No show called the office again he says nothing they can do. Call again get the manage. Then he helps. Overall the company has No communication and monthly harassment saying we didn't pay and add a late fee. We go in everything paid but still get letters in the mail saying I didn't and have to pay fee. That's when I decided to let it go had it for almost two years.
