AINSLEE B | Overall ExperienceDuring my booking, a few issues came up. The moving company was not able to get their truck in front of the unit because it could not fit. There were 2 yellow posts blocking access. This resulted in them having to carry items a farther distance to get to the truck. Since this took longer, I had to pay them more as they work by the hour. I was not offered another unit. I was also told I was getting the first month free, but was still charged. Also, my price increased during my stay. The email said that if I paid them earlier than my auto date then I could lock in my old price. I did not see this email on time so I had to pay more each following month. I found this was very unprofessional as I was told there would be no increases. I shouldn't have to be pressured to pay early in order to keep my price.
