Had a storage at another place in town for far longer than I would like to say. Can’t believe the service and efficiency of the employees, every interaction was handled well. If I ever need another unit this is the spot!!

DIANE M | Online Move InI specifically requested a 10 x 20 unit I was told I was given a 10 x 20 unit. I was lied to I was given a 10 x 10 and then an additional 10 x 10. This is not OK. Put me in a tough position that I was told that there would be locks in the unit so I wouldn’t have to worry about my stuff being secure because the locks are already there that was a lot. I’d leave my stuff unattended and not secured.
