With the current a business environment does prioritize customer service as key part of how customers are treated, it is refreshing to see that U-Haul has maintained is training in customer service while keeping respect and understanding of it clients diver needs This was observed, not just and how I was treated, but also with those other customers that were not as or experienced in how rental are processed All this combined bills up customer retention thank you for your excellent work

Over at least a dozen years, the only problem I ever had was several years ago when a roof leak occured directly over my storage area. Certainly not any individual's fault. Aside from that, it's been very, very good.

I think she needed more hands to help and she was the best helper ever she’s all to the customers needs. She was the best is she had patience. She was really focused on what was better for you and what you need it appreciate her. I don’t know about the other girl that she sent us to help us figure out the space that we need. She didn’t look like she wanted to work on Saturday.
