The customer service at both 4th Ave in Brooklyn and Woodside were great. I was impressed and very grateful i was a little disappointed in my rate all that you had available was a one way so i took it. But i had no problem bring the 10 foot box truck back to 4th Ave in Brooklyn i actually would have preferred to do so. But i was in need of the truck. But $180 from $19.99 or what ever was the Normal rate is beyond my budget and expectation especially for a one way trip that was pre scheduled not requested by me. Could someone please contact me via email to explain this matter in detail. The more i think about it the more i feel taken advantage of. But your reps were polite and professional i will admit that. Maybe i can be credited back the excess money and make this a 100% Great experience thank you FYI MY email address is Justussa@gmail.com
