For the time I was renting a storage unit, I had no problem accessing my possessions when needed. The office staff were helpful and prompt to respond to any request for information or assistance.

One thing to improve would be having restroom well stocked with necessary supplies, as it was very often lacking hand soap, towels and toilet paper.
