Brent W | ReservationI did not end up needing a storage locker and cancelled it. Booking the unit was confusing because the U-Haul app said I qualified for a free month but it still showed that I would have to pay.

We moved out a week after our monthly renewal charge occurred and there was no problem at all getting a refund for the 3 weeks we didn’t need the unit! We would absolutely recommend Nanaimo Mini Storage!

CLAIRE B | Overall ExperienceThe reason why I wouldn't recommend this buisness to anyone , is because of 1 specific employee. The older man with I think a slight Australian accent. He was Always very rude and a bit condescending to me anytime I spoke with him by phone. He is the sole reason I closed and moved my unit, after the last phone conversation with the him regarding me trying to empty my unit. The rest of the staff, especially the older lady who worked at the computer in store. She is honestly the only reason I continued to use the unit until I closed the account and moved my stuff to another storage company!!!
