I was especially impressed with the cleanliness of the washroom. I was disappointed with my final visit. I had given my notice with an expectation of returning on Monday to retrieve my lock. I didn't return until the Wednesday, to find my locker had already a new client and my lock had been removed. The office gave me a replacement lock, but that locker was mine, paid for until the 2nd of October. And was already being used by another client by the 22nd. So, will I be reimbursed for the 10 days I had already paid for? Will the new client get a break on their fees? or ?? Just doesn't seem right if the only one benefit is to the company. After having a good experience up to this point and have it end like this is very disappointing.Therefore my overall rating is below average. With an adjustment to my account my would rating would have been excellent. I don't feel contacting the office, will provide a suitable resolve, after all they gave me a replacement lock.
