The facility itself was clean and available. Unfortunately in the beginning there was a misunderstanding and did not get the side I originally asked for and therefore had to pay more.

I had a mistake in communication where a staff member on the UHaul support line told me I could check in for my reservation and get access to my space anytime before 7pm. When I showed up at 6pm, the location was already closed (closes 5pm on Sundays!) and Andrew and his team were headed out the door. Andrew went above and beyond to help me, staying later so that I could get into my space and making sure I had the lay of the land. Andrew, you’re a rockstar! I wish everyone were as helpful and cared about their job / customers as much as you.
