Doniese W | First ImpressionsFirst, my unit leaked water inside and some of my stuff got ruined. My unit was a back of a truck converted into a unit maybe that’s why it was leaking. Secondly, it’s too expensive!!!! $179 for makeshift unit for a crazy. I just moved out from here and into a a similar size unit in Redlands for $105 a month. Ridiculous. I want my money back.
William G | Overall ExperienceI had previously reserved a unit at 110 S. D St. in San Bernardino. I had a horrendous experience there, and thankfully, was able to switch to the Tippecanoe location. There, the staff was beyond helpful, and the customer service was amazing. I was very stressed from having to find another storage location and the awful experience, but the staff members at Tippecanoe helped relieve that stress. I appreciate their help and dedication to their job.

He was fast thinking and solution driven to meet the needs and reputation of this company. While the location of the storage facility is in a rough part of town, having Angel explain all the security measures really assured us of the safety for our goods.
