It took us genuinely about an hour to find and access the storage space. Notably the map of the space was conveniently left inside the unit itself which was incredibly helpful while trying to find the space (**satire duh!). For something that should have been simple, it was frustrating and time-consuming, exacerbated by a lack of genuine and understanding employees. Thanks though
