The facility is good. There was no light in the unit so we had to use flashlights. There were very large rat traps in our unit. It was climate controlled and easy to get to.

Page H | First ImpressionsThe access/outside doors were consistently broken, there was litter on the ground often, and the large amount of U-Haul trucks made it difficult to maneuver around the entire facility. Oftentimes I had to wait to get in and wait to get out and nobody ever seemed to care that they were inconveniencing others. There was an unavoidable pot hole for a very long time that was eventually filled in. The “climate controlled” area was extremely hot in the warmer months. Overall, the storage rent is very overpriced for the value.
