Ross M | Overall ExperienceOur storage experience was great until check out. When it came to checking out the management wanted 12days notice. Since I was 1 day short they said I had to pay for another month, even if I moved out that day. Then during moving out we had to pull up to the front to load a motorcycle safely into the uhaul. The female manager with the gauges kept coming out to ask how long we would be and that we were going to disrupt their customers. We were only out front for 30min to load and secure the motorcycle. In the meantime I unloaded the rest of our belongings from storage which was only a bike, skis, snow shoes, gun pack, bicycle rack and a tote of gear. This way we would be all moved out and not drive back and possibly damage the storage/trailer. She was very rude and confrontational. Not one customer even arrived there the entire time we were loading. Before checking out I asked if there was anything else to do, she said no. Then the next day I see a $12 charge to my account, even though she said they are not holding onto my card information. We were VERY unsatisfied by the way she handled our move out and think that she could have actually made it a nice experience by being friendly and understanding that we were being safe.

Someone at the front desk insisted the credit (to reverse the mischarge) was also to my credit card. It never showed up which I tried unsuccessfully to explain to this person - twice. It appears to me the credit for the mischarge was only to my account - not also to my credit card. You can see this by how, after the final charge was taken to the account, there is a credit due to me. It was frustrating that the person at the front desk was so sure of herself all the while she was mistaken. Now you know. I would like the residual credit on the account to actually be sent to my credit card now. Thanks
