The truck was filthy inside and it only had 1/4 of tank of gas then when I returned to a different location I was charged a $35 cleaning fee I also had to drive to another town to get the truck because after renting for my location they called and said didn’t have available and they she was going to give me an extra 50 miles on the mileage since it was inconvenient for me to drive to get it and that diidnt happen either I was charged for extra miles

Cathy LCommunication. Preferably. A gas station tenant that speaks clear English or who can speak multiple languages very clearly. I was almost accused of stealing the U-Haul I rented because of the lack of communication!!! I don’t recommend this location to anyone. I will share my experience. I wouldn’t mind a refund!!!
