Give better instructions on how to pick up with the app, I had never rented using the online app.
Darlene GCustomer service was great when needing to access the keys when my app glitches out. However I sent pictures showing the miles I drove, I only drove 67 and they charged me for 106 miles. Currently waiting on a reply back.

Michael DI had to go to 3 different stores and the guy gave my truck to the guy in front of me. He proceeded to talk to customer service for 1/2 hour while I just waited with no answer. Then told me I had to call customer service to be told where to go. I move a lot and I will never use UHaul again.
