The moble check in was a nightmare. The app did not work. We were there for 90 minutes trying to get help. We went through three different chat box names. Our movers had to stay with us that much longer onto the evening. It was an absolute nightmare.

Darlene GCustomer service was great when needing to access the keys when my app glitches out. However I sent pictures showing the miles I drove, I only drove 67 and they charged me for 106 miles. Currently waiting on a reply back.
