Tina was very helpful. She explained the features of the contract and went on to explain how to utilized the truck, the dolly as well as the benefits the insurance. After hours drop off protocol was explained. The 15 foot truck was well maintained and clean. The location of the U-Haul office was great and had secure parking for me to park my car. Overall a great experience. Highly recommend this U-Haul location. ⭐️
