I was under the impression fromantic the website I was supposed to take the trailer to veneda drove it there then found out u haul screwed up and I had to tow it back to Florence. 100 miles out of my way wasted hours of my day not to mention 3/4 of a tank of fuel. This is the worst experience I've ever had with u haul ... not impressed at all

Better signage on the highway. If I hadn't known where to go could have driven right past.

U Haul has always been excellent. I have used them for moving for many years. Excellent customer service always.

The hours were ok for me but not opening until 9am could be a problem for others.

It would have been a lot simpler, had the equipment been available in Eugene, where it was supposed to be, instead of taking off anothervwhole day's work and driving to Florence to get the truck back to Eugene!

The Memorial Day weekend had a lot of folks at this tiny location. The wait was a bit longer than would be normal. This is a husband/wife team that run this location and another business next door. With the husband busy, we were told that it was Okay for use to hitch our own trailer. The safety chains were too long and dragged on the ground. I opened the adjustable link and shortened the chains just to the point of not dragging but still usable. When we returned at the end of the day, we were chided by the husband that the shortening the chains in the manner we did was citation worthy if stopped by highway patrol. We were than instructed to twist the chains to shorten them, a technique of which I was unaware. The husband said his piece and then left us there to unhitch the trailer because he had business to attend to with his other company. Just a bit too abrupt in my opinion. In the likelihood we use this location again, I will not touch the hitch. I will be connected and disconnected by the proprietor.

Nothing , the folks there were awesome and super polite.

You need to put a jack on frame of 6x12 trailers. If some dummy busts it off, charge them $2000. for their stupidity. Only Uhaul is more stupid for not having jacks on such a heavy trailer!!!

Well, I wouild recommend this location by the office but not by the yard help.. Man was terse and seemed to want me to back the tow dolly up and get the truck and dooly parked myself!!??? Is this not his job? I would have certainly thought so.. In the end he thought better of his hollering at me to park it myself and screamed over the fence once again at me asking if I was returning the tow dolly? In great puzzlement I replied that of course I was returning both the truck and the tow dolly which seemed to make sense to me.. Why would I want to keep one or the other piece of equipment after driving the 1,300 miles from Yuma and arriving at the determined (on the Uhaul paperwork in his very office) destination??? H finally came out and began disconnecting the dolly and told me I could go into the office and "wait for his wife" which I gladly did... Just wanted to get some rest after our long drive and this experience was not at all restfull... Found out in the office that I was supposed to have returned at the "same hour" as I picked up the equipment and she made that mistake go away so as mentioned, the office drop-off experience was 5 stars...
