My only hitch was filling out the information correctly on the app, but once I did that, the whole process was really smooth. I will totally use the U-Haul app next time again! I also appreciated a U-Haul representative calling me in advance and leaving a message on my phone because I was unable to answer my phone the day before pickup. I also received emails with updates and info that was helpful.
