Truck was clean. Steering was not good on truck and needs maintenance. Employees are nice and friendly. Uhaul is misleading and not transparent on all pricing. Paid $350 total for 165 Kms trip for a 15’ cargo van. Will consider other options carefully before using uhaul again. Disappointed!!

The location itself was great!! The Uhaul is had wad quite new but the back of the 15' Uhaul leaked. My furniture was soaked. That unit needs to be looked at and repaired
Andrea HEngine light was on, motor surged when accelerating, drop off was changed an hour after pick up. When dropping off took at original spot had an hour of arguing which customer service , then I handed the key in and walked out.
