Jamey PWhen I got there to drop off my rental, the office was closed. That was fine because they had a key drop off spot but it said to drop the key with a copy of your rental agreement. I hadn't been given a print copy of my rental agreement when I took the truck out, so I had to give them the printed confirmation I had and just kept a photo of the info myself. Did not seem well organized.

John GThe location was very convenient, just a 2 minute walk from my place. The vehicle was in good mechanical condition, but unfortunately it wasn’t very clean. My nephew was riding with me and mentioned that the vehicle smelled like pee , and I also noticed an unpleasant odor during the trip Overall, the customer service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and helpful. If the cleanliness of the vehicle is improved, the experience would be even better.
