There was no room in the lot to drop the trailer. I wanted another drop off location in Ruston, but UHaul assigned this one to me. I do not like this location. The lot is crowded and full of holes.

Ann PThe website shows 11a-2p SUNDAY hours, but the store is actually now closed on Sundays. A taped message on the front door shows a phone number for "Dre" which I used to check-in at 11:20a on 8/30/2026. Dre was very helpful by phone and text and "remotely" checked-in my 1-way 20-ft truck rental in less than 15 min. SUGGESTION: Please update this Ruston, LA. facility's SUN. store hours as "CLOSED" on the website.
