The pick up location was changed twice and that was an inconvenient. I did not check my email that morning so my driver was already at the agreed upon location and had to call me to get an update. It's difficult when you have hired help already set up for the dates and address and have to keep changing it

FRANCISCO DTruck AC was intermittent and in TX that cannot happen. Also user beware: before scheduling be 100% sure of what you need. Our plans changed after getting the truck and U-Haul was non-negotiable, refused to work with us to update our needs. I personally hope I do not need to rent from them again.
