Ali ADrop off experience was terrible. Customer service was very nice. Systems were very slow. When returning U-haul, nowhere to park. Lined up for 30min to get to front desk. Asked to check mileage. Came back to another lineup.
Mike RI was told the car was full. I drove 5 kilometers and went to put in gas, the fuel was still pumping in when I decided to stop at over $15 . I brought that to the attention of the person I handed the car back he said its in Miles and that would be right to be over 15$ . Insane, im not a rocket scientist but impossible. No looking after customer. Rip off!
