QUEVA CNo one was there to help me. And I was not told ahead of time that I was on my own. Wasted time looking for help.
Johanna MThey struggled a lot with the rental system and I would up paying over $400 for a rental I was expecting to cost around $279 - customer service refuses to refund a dime. At this point, I'm not sure I'd recommend UHaul as a company at all, regardless of the location.
