Be more attentive to customers and have the trucks serviced. My trucks check engine light was on and the truck's fuel efficiency was horrible. The gas burned a quarter tank in the first 10 miles.

Jeffrey LOrdered an appliance dolly and didn’t have. Employee said… Oh, someone didn’t return one? So we had call around, found one then drove a 20’ trailer to a different rental company and rent an appliance dolly. He was very rinse about it…. Moving is stressful enough without having to have a logistical nightmare…. We should have been told before to drive to pick up the truck. We would have rented one from a different location…
