No one at the Crowes Nest could tell me what I needed to do in order to pick up the truck. It took several phone calls to get that information. I ordered an appliance dolly and blankets. Neither were provided . It took close to an hour to finally get access to the truck.

There was no one on site, dimly lit area. It was clean and the area is safe but wasn't thrilled with driving through grass and dirt that I was unable to see if there were unlevel areas. Also once again your fucking app sucks and has to take pictures twice to do the return.
