I was really happy, the only part I would change, I keep my notfications off on my phone, I get to many emails and spam texts, so I check emails and texts when I'm not busy, I didn't see. the message about checking for damage until that evening. the only thing I noticed was some scratchs on the decal, but you could tell they were old, at first I thought it was drawn on, lookes kind od like lighting bolts next to the green alien. I would like to havebeen told by the representative, to do all that.

REBECCA DYour system made a mistake.. I called prov3d the mistake. Your company fixed it. Sent me here.. changed my drop off location and added insurance I said no too.. lied and offered me gas mile credit for how far out I had to drive before drop off or knowing drop off was changed.. witch after the fact doubled my milage.. and I had to walk 3 hours home or be fined. Ore money... i would never use this location again
Haiven CThis location was great and the staff very friendly. I did have an issue with Uhaul changing the location the day before. I was told the only location with the truck size I needed was 30 minutes away. I arrive at this location and they don’t have the dolly I reserved. If Uhaul is going to change to reservation they should make sure the location has everything listed on the reservation.
