Terri H.SCHMITTS SERVICES DOES NOT NEED TO RENTING UHAULS, they are EXTREMELY unprofessional, they like to charge your card $167 MORE AND they don't even give you a phone call to explain the NEW transaction. They are fraudulent, horrible and just down right need to be SHUT DOWN! Since this experience I WILL NEVER rent a uhaul again. I would rather WALK every single box to the new location than to ever rent another uhaul. I'm out $230 for a 24 hour rental that has MAYBE 50 miles put onto it
