the customer service was OUTSTANDING! We had some issues with the truck and the gentleman there went above and beyond to help us. We never went inside the building so unsure about cleanliness

Harry DThe location is a junkyard that was supposed to be open but just had a small sign in the window that said closed today. The key drop off location was not well marked and there were stray cats everywhere. As a cat lover I found the conditions deplorable. There was no direction as to where to leave the U-Haul or where to park. The location was dirty and unsafe.
