I would never recommend uhaul to my worst enemy after my experience. The location owner was the only good part. Your Fremont location stole my identity and charges $241 on my account so I could not pick up my truck unless I paid the amount they did not pay on my account. Your phone representatives lied to me over and over and blamed me for your company scamming me. Then your fraud department continued to blame me for your incompetence. uhaul should not be allowed to continue as a company with how much of an incompetent scam you all are.
