Online check-in didn't work so I had to speak to 3 reps to get it solved and check the truck out. The dolly I paid for wasn't in the truck. You knew how far I'd be driving but only left me with 3/8 tank of gas forcing me to fill up mid-trip.

Garrett R.I'm not sure. You are a great bunch to work with. The young lady that took my order did a 5 star job. I think it must have been a computer glitch. The van itself was top-notch....double tandem, great condition and, considering some of the roads, it did an outstanding job. We are not unhappy about the van, or service. I'm not sure what happened.
Rae S.No one was present at the location. Had to call multiple times and still couldn't get the truck checked in. Ultimately had to chat with a representative who emailed the regional manager involved to get my rental returned. Rental was returned on a Thursday and didn't get confirmation that the return was complete until Monday.
